Welcome to Downtown Carson City On Ice at the Arlington Square Ice Rink!
Downtown Carson City on Ice debuts this '08-'09 winter season on December 4th. The Arlington Square Ice Rink will be located in Main Street parking lot across form the Nugget, at the corner of Robinson and Curry Streets in Downtown Carson City.
Normal Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 3pm - 9pm
Friday 3pm - 11pm
Saturday 1pm - 10pm
Sunday 1pm -9pm
Holiday Hours
Admission & Skate Rental
Admission: $7 general (ages 13-up)
$5 youth (ages 3-12)
Skate Rental: $2
Skates from toddler sizes 9 to adult 14 are available.
10 Visit Punch Passes
Including Skate Rental: $75 for adults, $55 for youth
Without Skate Rental: $55 for adults, $35 for youth

Group Sales
Groups of 20 or more with an advance reservation receive FREE skate rental if reservations are made a minimum of two weeks in advance. Groups must submit a Group Reservation Form; reservations may not be taken by phone.
Private Rink
The Arlington Square Ice Rink provides a festive and fun atmosphere for group outings, parties, special events or just for friends and family. Private ice rink rental at the above listed times is available for 20 or more at the regular admission and offers FREE skate rental. Access to heated pavilion is additional, see below. (It is recommended you book early in the season to avoid a potential cancelation due to poor ice conditions experienced more frequently towards the end of the season.) And finally if you’d like a skate instructor for your group – that can be arranged as well for an additional $10/hr. Heated Pavilion
The Arlington Square Ice Rink pavilion provides a heated space in the festive and fun atmosphere of the rink venue for group outings, parties, and special events or just for friends and family. Private pavilion rental during regular hours of operation and skating with the public is available. Or rent the pavilion along with the rink at specified times. The pavilion will accommodate up to 200, is heated and comes with an attendant. Skating with the public will be dependant on availability – rink capacity is 178 per ;90 minutes. Pavilion is $100/2 hrs. Additional costs apply for tables and chairs. (It is recommended you book early.) First come first served based upon availability - call 775-291-9446 and book early! Note: Inclement Weather
Operation of the Arlington Square Ice Rink is weather and ice condition dependent. The varied weather conditions we experience in Carson City such as sun, wind, rain and snow create challenges in keeping ice that is safe and suitable for skating at an outdoor rink. Please make sure to call the Arlington Square Ice Rink HOTLINE at 775-291-9446 prior to visiting the rink to ensure that it is open and operating.
